Scheduling and Delivery
Products are delivered as agreed between the vendor and the customer, using the customer’s shipping method of choice and on the timeline indicated unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. They may be requested before shipping, in which case the order will be cancelled and the fee refunded using the original payment method. If the product has already shipped, returns of undamaged product will be refunded on receipt by the vendor.

All reasonable efforts are made to respect client confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm.
