Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through stuartmorse.ca (the “Site”), which sells books and other occasional physical or digital products.

1. Physical Products

For physical products (such as books, clothing, or tools):

  • Refunds are accepted for unused items in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once a return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and, where possible, a photo of the issue.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

3. Digital Products

All digital products (such as ebooks or downloadable materials) are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless required by law.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a return and subject to the return conditions above.

5. Third-Party Processing

Payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as payment processors or e-commerce providers). Refunds are issued through the original payment method and subject to the policies and processing times of those providers.

6. Legal Rights

This policy is intended to comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under those laws.
